Guest Ratings & Reviews
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms, though some had issues like non-draining showers, were made cozy with a nice touch of a hot tub. The staff was amazing and made me feel at home. However, there were some broken items in the rooms that could be improved.
The hotel offered gorgeous and spacious rooms that were well-appointed and serviced twice per day. However, my room upon check-in was below ground with a view of the ramp to the parking lot, making it very dark.
I arrived at the hotel with high hopes due to its promising location, but unfortunately, my stay fell short in several aspects. The rooms had various issues, from non-draining showers to mattresses sliding off the box spring. The lack of natural light and the below-ground level made the rooms feel unwelcoming. Additionally, my room wasn't even ready when I checked in, which was disappointing. The service was a mix of absentee and nonchalant attitudes, with staff seeming incapable and indifferent to any concerns. On the bright side, some staff members were extremely helpful, which provided a glimmer of positive customer service. The fantastic location near downtown nightlife had its downsides, with some engineering issues to deal with next morning, overshadowing the convenience of being just off Main Street. The dining experience was well below expectations, especially the eggs. Despite these setbacks, the hotel's facilities were decent. Ultimately, my stay left much to be desired, with mixed feelings about the overall experience.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were well-appointed and comfortable but had some issues like non-draining showers and a dark environment due to the below-ground location. The service was friendly and accommodating, although there were instances where it seemed the staff lacked proper training. The location was fantastic, right in the center of downtown, perfect for exploring Main Street. On the downside, the dining experience was well below expectations. The facilities were decent, but there is room for improvement.
The hotel has an amazing location at the bottom of Main Street, which is absolutely fantastic. The rooms were clean and comfortable, but my suite wasn't ready upon check-in, which was a downside. The staff, however, were friendly, accommodating, and went out of their way to be helpful.
